It was built on the sand ridge on the northeast bank of the Nan Circle Lake salt lake beach. The Great Wall is constructed along the ups and downs of the sand ridge and is made of reeds and gravel soil. Most of the wall has deteriorated due to long-term wind and rain erosion, wind and sand erosion, and alkali collapse, presenting a shape of sand and soil ridge.The wall is built on a natural foundation, with a bottom width of 1.90 meters to 6 meters, a top width of 0.40 meters to 1.30 meters, and a remaining height of 0.20 meters to 1.20 meters.
